A Tallahassee woman has launched a campaign to support Dick's Sporting Goods' decision to stop selling assault-style weapons.
The chain made its announcement in the wake of the Parkland school shooting that killed 17.
The company's CEO remarked that he expects to lose some customers over the decision, a March 13 USA Today story reported.
But BrendaLee Lennick, a retired Naval Criminal Investigative Service administrative specialist, wants to tangibly show the company support over the decision.
